We are looking for a confident and customer focused Car Sales Advisor to join our Nottingham dealership and represent the Ford & Changan brands in new & used vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover
• Building strong relationships that encourage repeat business
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall dealership performance
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role (automotive background is helpful but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Genuine interest in electric vehicles and the future of automotive technology
• A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to work well in a team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
