Key Responsibilities
- Keep things flowing: Manage order processing with precision and efficiency, ensuring smooth transitions from start to finish.
- Be our customer service champion: Provide excellent service with every interaction—whether it’s over the phone, via email, or face-to-face, you’re the friendly face they’ll always remember.
- Support our team: Communicate with couriers, handle exporting/importing of orders, and keep everything moving without missing a beat.
- Master the details: Raise, track, and monitor quotes like a pro, ensuring that every request is handled with care.
- Pitch in wherever needed: Take initiative and collaborate with your team members to ensure things run smoothly—you're a vital part of the whole process!
- Basic experience with Excel is preferred but not essential. If you’re keen to learn, we’ll help you grow!
- You’re self-sufficient and motivated but know when to lean on your team.
