About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from or is interested in a car sales background alongside experience of managing vehicle sales operations in a volume franchise. You will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the sales process, stock management, and achieving pre-determined sales targets whilst fully implementing our controlled sales process and electronic diary management system.

As a Perrys Retail Manager, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Delivering not just a new car to them but a complete package to suit their driving needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from arranging test drives, to discussing finance options, to prospecting for new customers.

About you:
You will have good interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to listen to our customers needs and take pride in engaging with people and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Open to new ideas and committed to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
You will have a full UK Driving licence.
A willingness to work Saturdays.

Previous experience in an automotive environment preferred.
