As a Resourcing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and highly organised recruitment and onboarding service that reflects our values and employer brand. Your focus will be on providing an exceptional, inclusive experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers across our Head Office, Distribution Centre, and Retail teams.

You’ll help us by:
- Owning the Careers mailbox, ensuring emails are actioned and organised in a timely manner and escalated to relevant colleagues.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates across communication channels, actioning key correspondence and responding to queries and feedback requests.
- Attending key meetings alongside the Resourcing Consultants with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand the vacancies we are recruiting and to continuously build on your knowledge.
- Working closely with Resourcing Consultants to ensure recruitment is proactive and all open vacancies are advertised and being progressed.
- Supporting with key administrative duties including posting job adverts, arranging interviews, issuing offer and onboarding documentation, sending proof of right to work checks and references.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment and candidate records via the HR system, team tracker and other documentation, while ensuring compliance with data protection.
- Communicating with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment and onboarding processes, promoting the use of resources, checking in for updates and providing guidance on best practice.
- Post weekly internal vacancies updates on our internal intranet.
- Act as a key team player, supporting colleagues through periods of absence or peaks in activity.
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO’s via the system, liaising with suppliers and Finance.
- Collating recruitment data and generating reports as requested.
- Experience within a customer facing or office-based role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities and work at pace.
- Good understanding of excellent customer service and how this translates to the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- IT proficient including good Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Teams, Word, basic Excel).
- Good attention to detail.
- Polite, courteous and helpful.
- Tactful and sensitive to confidential matters.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use own initiative.
- Good problem solver, able to identify solutions.
- Previous administrative experience or experience within a HR or recruitment related role is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of HR / Applicant Tracking systems is desirable, but not essential.
