Join Volker Highways as a Resource Manager and take charge of high-impact highway and drainage operations in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

The role involves managing workflows, coordinating teams, and ensuring high standards of delivery, compliance, and performance.

About you

• Understanding of highway maintenance
• Experience and understanding of drainage systems and principles
• Experience in managing emergency response and winter maintenance activities on highways
• Understanding of health and safety requirements of site and the requirements of the 'Red Book'
• Good organisational and record keeping skills
• Understanding of the requirements and implementation of CDM Regulations
