The Role
Logitech G is looking for an Esports & Partnership Manager to be instrumental in the development and execution of our esports strategy. You will help make Logitech G the gear of choice for professional gamers, engage with esports athletes & fans worldwide and help develop content and programs for Europe. You will be part of a committed group of gamers and professionals who develop ideas and content to drive advocacy and adoption for Logitech G, one of the top brands in the gaming industry.

In this role you will:
- Drive the esports marketing strategy in the region by building a strong roster of teams / athletes and running marketing campaigns and activations to secure leadership positions for the Logitech G brand.
- Support local teams with developing and managing relationships with esports teams, athletes and communities within Europe. Manage major projects/teams directly with the support of local teams.
- Handle negotiations, develop frameworks and manage processes to enable smooth operations between Logitech G and the teams and athletes.
- Drive marketing campaigns and activations, product launches, brand and product content deployment across the entire marketing ecosystem targeting esports community and hardcore gamers.
- Build strategies to integrate professional athletes and organizations in Logitech G programs in close collaboration with the global PRO team.
- Execute global campaigns while developing locally-relevant strategies to effectively communicate and promote the esports story in the region. Ensure that all messaging and initiatives align with the company's values and mission.
- Be the face and voice of the brand towards gaming and esports communities and partners.
- Develop marketing and brand partnerships throughout Europe to increase brand awareness and boost conversions, in line with the company's objectives. Empower local teams to implement these strategies at every stage of the customer journey. Establish frameworks and oversee the execution of these initiatives.
- Guide and supervise local teams in planning and executing esports and gaming events in Europe.
- Communicating the Logitech G story and partnerships across various channels
- Coach & engage daily with local markets to help get Logitech G gear in the hands of top competitive players and upcoming rising stars in line with brand’s vision and strategy
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide input (opportunities or risks)to respective internal teams
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Experience developing marketing programs from inception through execution
- 3+ years experience in esports or other sports marketing roles in game publishers or esports related companies
- Deep understanding of esports and how to build effective gaming communications
- Capable to work closely with cross-functional teams and brands within the regional structure
- The ability to analyze competitor strategies and innovate on best practices
- Strong networking, organizational and program management skills
- Experience working with and managing external agencies
- Ready to lead groups and ability to interact with partners
- Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities
- Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level
- Strong C-level presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is a must
