WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: 1st September
• This role offers a starting salary of £25,860 per annum, based on competence & experience.
• 39 Hours per week and alternate weekends between 07:00-20:15.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• A willingness and capability to ensure that every customer enjoys a positive experience.
• GCSE Maths and English at either A-C or 4-9 grade.
• The ability to inspire, actively promote and sell the IKEA Kitchen product range.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills and be good at prioritising and organising your work.
• The ability to work efficiently in a retail environment with varying customer demands.
• Ability to communicate with customers using different communication systems email, video calls and telephone.
Preferred but not essential:
• Previous kitchen planning experience or a design background.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
• Experience within a sales targeted environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Virtually Plan & Design a Kitchen for up to 2 hours with the end goal of providing accurate plans, worktop and installation quotations for the customer.
• Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.
• Showcasing a passion for home furnishings and providing a detailed experience with high levels of engagement and solutions for the customers’ life at home.
• Developing a personal follow-up routine with your customers.
• Closing the sale - finalising designs and quotes from pre-installations visits.
• Handling in-bound calls to interact with customers to support queries and finalise sales.
