Pay: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) plus car allowance and mileage
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Poole, with regular travel across the Care South portfolio
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join Care South and make a real impact across our Residential Care Homes, Care at Home, Assisted Living and Head Office services.
Working as part of our Recruitment Team, you'll partner with managers across the organisation to attract, engage and recruit talented people who share our values. You'll manage a varied portfolio of vacancies, supporting managers from attraction through to offer, while delivering an excellent candidate experience and helping Care South remain an employer of choice.
You will be joining a leading not-for-profit charity providing high-quality Residential Care, Care at Home and Assisted Living services. Care South is one of the Top 20 care companies, as rated on carehome.co.uk, based on published reviews from residents and their family and friends, endorsing our strong reputation in providing high quality care.
Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner Lead, you'll work collaboratively with managers and colleagues across the HR Team to deliver a proactive, operational support-focused recruitment service across the Care South portfolio.

About You
You will have:
- Proven recruitment experience within an internal or agency environment.
- Experience recruiting within the care sector or another multi-site, fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), online job boards, social media and Indeed Smart Sourcing.
- Proven intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, together with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Experience of producing recruitment reports, maintaining recruitment pipelines and analysing recruitment data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with managers and candidates.
- A proactive, resilient approach with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the Care South portfolio.
