- Lead QA activities for Quality Management for sales, service & distribution of medical devices in line with ISO 9001
- Promote the QMS as a key element to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction
- Manage internal audits, SOPs, NCs, CAPAs, and regulatory updates
- Stay current with applicable regulatory updates
- Manage supplier qualifications and support QMS documentation
- Be the go-to quality expert in cross-functional teams and audits
- 3+ years in Quality Management in a sales and service environment (medical devices or pharma preferred)
- ISO 9001 experience
- Strong leadership, audit, and compliance skills
- Knowledge of QMS, ISO, and FDA regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrable QMS writing skills
- Good communication and influencing skills
