You will be working with a joint manufacturing team in a busy operational environment ensuring that manufacturing Compliance and Quality is maintained and continually improved.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. What You Will Be Doing

With this exciting opportunity your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and analyse quality performance across the business
  • Lead Quality Improvement projects with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and deliver reports on quality performance to support quality boards and other reviews
  • Facilitate, coach, and Govern problem resolution - Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Promote and develop the quality framework and direction within the business
  • Facilitate governance reviews to support the quality framework

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience with a Manufacturing environment holding a Quality or Improvement role.
  • Good base knowledge of Quality Systems and frameworks.
  • Problem Solving methodology knowledge.
  • Working within a team-based system and ability to communicate with people at all levels and in all departments.
  • Experience in using MS Excel is essential, experience in using Minitab, SAP, Word and PowerPoint would be an advantage.
  • 6 Sigma Black Belt desirable

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.

Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets, you must hold a UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work with RRSL.
