Our team is based at our Head Office just outside The Peak District National Park off jct28 of the M1 corridor.
Position:
Great opportunity to join our team as a Graphic Designer! This is a full-time role on a 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
You will support the Creative Marketing team helping to deliver seasonal marketing campaigns, brand projects, in store communication, events and digital content, in-line with the marketing strategy for core markets in the UK, Europe and North America. Working fluidly between mediums, producing creative artwork and contributing to the overall creative direction of the brand, you will support the wider marketing team whilst maintaining the relevant brands visual language.

Key Responsibilities of Graphic Designer (including but not limited to):
- Supporting rollout of all digital and print marketing collateral including workbooks, consumer brochures, web and social media assets
- Supporting with the development of in-store communications in conjunction with retail partners
- Responding to assigned artwork tasks for global teams, retailers and other functions
- Supporting the marketing team with trade and consumer events
- Supporting brand and PR functions with visual communication requirements
- Re-touching and photoshopping product photography (to include recolouring)
- Developing close relationships with all internal teams
To join us as Graphic Designer you must have:
Essential
- Degree or equivalent level qualification
- Good understanding of creative visual principles such as typography, layout, colour, photography and identity
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, including colour work, image manipulation and batch processing
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite and a desire to learn new skills
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in design
- Broad digital skills / Google Ads / Paid social content creation
- An understanding / passion for the outdoors sector and products
- Experience with Email Marketing Platforms - Dotdigital preferred
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player and able to input and give constructive feedback to other team members
- Able to provide and develop innovative and creative solutions
- Self-motivated with a flexible, positive and professional attitude
- Basic HTML5 knowledge
- Exhibition design experience
- Strong motion graphic skills
