Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Summary
This is a key role in further driving Quality improvement throughout the business. As a Quality Engineer with Watson Marlow you will be working as part of the Quality Engineering team, and collaborating with the wider business to ensure Quality is embedded in new and existing processes and using data to drive continuous improvement.
This role will provide the opportunity to use your skills in a wide range of manufacturing processes where you will be to positively affect change, whilst supporting other departments with you experience, knowledge and passion for Quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will support the non-conformance process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyse quality data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with suppliers for PPAP (Product/Process Validation)
Initiate and manage supplier corrective action requests.
You will support customer requests, complaints and audits.
Who You’ll Be Working With
You will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the business, from production through to supply chain and design functions, as well as suppliers and customers through onsite audits.
Skills/Experience:

A passion for Quality
Experience in a Quality Engineering role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in the use of manufacturing quality tools such as SPC, Risk Analysis, 8D, CAPA
