Who will you be working with?

Working with the team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors, reporting into the Quality Manager.

How will you make a difference?

  • The role of the Quality Engineer is to be a customer and supplier liaison, while processing customer concerns, new product introduction and product changes.
  • Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System and support internal improvements and corrective actions.
  • As part of the Quality team, you will conduct process audits in all areas of the business and work with the relevant teams to close out any issues arising.


What do we want to know about you?

  • Familiarity with the Power generation engineering desirable.
  • Experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment (Preferably heavy or industrial manufacturing).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies – e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA.
  • Proficiency in quality software / tools – e.g. MRP systems, Quality management software.
  • Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and process improvement initiatives.
  • CMM experience desirable.
  • HNC/HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Management
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Lean manufacturing training desirable but not essential.
  • Full driving license and open to travelling internationally
