As an Experienced PVC Extrusion/injection Moulding Team Lead Setter, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of extrusion setters and operators to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of PVC products. You will be a key figure in optimizing machine performance, improving production processes, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce all company H&S policies and procedures
- Lead and supervise a team of extrusion setters and operators ensuring daily production targets are met.
- Set up, adjust, and maintain PVC extrusion machines and injection moulding machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot both processes, resolving any issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with production managers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to machine settings, production records, and quality checks.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collate a shift report at the end of each shift and ensure a smooth handover is delivered
- Conduct regular safety/5s walks with Production manager
- Proven experience as an Extrusion Setter
- Strong knowledge of PVC extrusion processes, machinery, and materials.
- Experience in injection moulding preferable but training will be provided
- Can drive a team to deliver the best results
- Experience in leading and managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
- Experience with other extrusion materials (plastic).
- Qualification in manufacturing (desirable)
- Forklift license or other relevant certifications.
- Week One: 6:00AM – 2:00PM
- Week Two: 10:00PM – 6:00AM
- Week Three: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
