This is an exciting opportunity to lead on transformational change and make a tangible difference in the way we deliver services. You’ll be managing complex projects from start to finish—developing clear plans, business cases, and documentation, while making sure everything stays on track. No two days will be the same, and you’ll thrive on balancing the big picture with the finer details. From analysing complex data and identifying trends, to keeping multiple stakeholders informed and engaged, your role will be central to driving real impact across the organisation. You’ll be working with passionate teams, collaborating across departments, and helping us deliver meaningful change in ways that genuinely improve people’s experiences.
Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.
About You
You’re a confident, experienced project manager with a proven track record of handling complex projects and delivering results. You’ve led transformational work before, and you understand how to manage risk, engage stakeholders, and navigate the challenges that come with large-scale change. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate clearly sets you apart, whether you’re presenting at a meeting or writing up a report. You’re someone who spots patterns in data, makes sense of the details, and uses insight to drive decisions.
You can juggle priorities, mentor others, and take initiative—all while keeping things running smoothly, even under pressure. You understand how vital equality and inclusion are in shaping services and you’re confident integrating those values into your work. Ideally, you’ll hold a Prince 2 qualification or bring equivalent project management experience to the table.
If you’re looking for a new challenge where your work will genuinely matter, and you want to be part of a team that’s supportive, ambitious, and forward-thinking—then we’d love to hear from you.
This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
