The Role
Join our dynamic Internal Communications team at easyJet on a fixed-term contract of 12 months. As a senior member of the team, you will focus on leadership engagement and mass communications, ensuring that our strategic messages resonate across the organisation and contribute to our overarching goals.
What You Need To Do The Role
- Experience & Skills: Extensive experience in Internal Communications, preferably within the airline or FMCG industries. You should be a creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies and have strong experience working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills. You should be resilient, energetic, and capable of handling a high-pressure environment with fluctuating priorities. Strong planning, organisation, and project management skills are essential.
- Develop and execute strategic communication and engagement plans focussed on embedding easyJet’s purpose, strategy, and promise behaviours.
- Lead, plan and create content for major leadership offsites, working closely with C-Suite and Directors.
- Oversee planning, development, delivery and management of all People Team communication and engagement activities.
- Provide strategic advice to the wider Internal Communications team and management responsibility of one direct report (Internal Comms Manager).
