This is an exciting and dynamic position within Ipsen where the successful candidate will be able to assert ownership and leadership in line with Ipsen's growth plans. As a Program Manager, this high visibility role within Ipsen will require you to drive complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving strategic initiatives to deliver measurable results.
You’ll liaise with the Asset Team to ensure alignment with business objectives and completion of the risk mitigation plan, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll define program scope, goals, and deliverables, develop comprehensive program plans, and identify and manage program risks. You’ll also lead cross-functional teams, mentor and guide more junior project managers and scientists, and manage program budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
- Lead and manage the strategic program, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement program plans that align with Ipsen's strategic goals.
- Oversee the execution of projects within the program, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with the Dysport Asset Team (directly or indirectly via program leader or AOL) to ensure alignment with business objectives and completion of the risk mitigation plan
- Effective report to the Technical Operations Lead in the Asset Team of his program progress and align with business priorities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, team members, and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage program risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Establish program objectives, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and report progress on program milestones, addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure quality control throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including members from different departments such as engineering, site MS&T, Quality Assurance and finance.
- Mentor and guide more junior project managers and scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Provide support and guidance to ensure professional growth and development of team members.
- Manage program budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial constraints are met.
- Identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to optimize budget utilization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Ability to overcome obstacles when they arise, develop strategies to keep final goal in sight
