About The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for a product portfolio across the EMEA region. Working closely with Product Managers, Sales, and team, you’ll lead the development of positioning, work collaboratively to plan campaigns, and work on enablement materials that empower our teams and engage our customers.
This is a full-time position based in our Bradford office, with occasional travel throughout the UK and Europe.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced solutions
- Create compelling, benefit-led product solution positioning tailored to customer segments
- Write clear, actionable briefs and analyse insights to inform marketing plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and promotional assets
- Ensure Sales teams understand and effectively use marketing assets
- Act as a business partner to Product Management and Sales
- Customer-focused with a drive to improve the customer experience
- Results-oriented and proactive in delivering outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships across functions
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
- Quality-focused with a strong sense of accountability
- A Marketing degree, with 5+ years’ experience in a Product Marketing role
- Demonstrated success in B2B product marketing, ideally in the flexible / plastic packaging manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market, with demonstrable experience working across multiple countries
- Expertise in market segmentation, insights interpretation, and strategy development
- Excellent communication, project management, and influencing skills
- Proven experience crafting marketing briefs, campaign plans, and enablement content
