Introduction

Here at Qualiteach, we specialise in both long-term/ permanent recruitment! We are currently partnered with a number of school and trusts across the local authority who are adding to their staffing immediately. Cover Supervisor needed.

Responsibilities

  • Behaviour Mentor
  • Act as a positive role model.
  • Deliver a range of behaviour management techniques.
  • Supporting learners with a range of SEN/SEMH needs.
  • 1-1 and group interventions.
  • Engage a young person in learning through a range of methods

Requirements

  • Expereinced in managing behaviour.
  • To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
  • To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.
  • Team Teach trained (preferred)
  • Must have EHCP expereince.
  • Must have enhance DBS.
