Job Description

JPMorgan Chase is at the forefront of Intelligent Solutions technology innovation which enables businesses to transform their processes and improve client service, operational efficiency, and the employee experience through automation. Over the last few years, the firm has adopted and deployed third party vendor technologies like low code workflow automation and its value to the firm is growing fast. All Lines of Business and Corporate Functions have embraced popular products like UiPath and Pega to automate manual processes. The firm established the Intelligent Solutions Technology Product Line to manage and enable these vendor low code tools in a consistent and secure manner across the firm.

The Product Line is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to support the Workflow Automation Product team helping to shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. The Product Delivery Manager will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers across the firm. As part of a Product Team at the forefront of innovation, you will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies and liaise with stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, migrations, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery and program management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Experience managing large technology products and migrations

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Proficient knowledge in UiPath, Automation Anywhere , Pega or Power Automate
  • Experience in Agile tools and methodologies
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
