Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > SERV OFS PMO & Process Improvement

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a function within Operations Development in Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore Service. We support our offshore windfarms with the processes and systems they need to carry out daily operations whilst collaborating with wider organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing training materials and conducting training sessions within SAP for our Operations teams
  • Providing post-training support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Assessing our operational processes and making improvements where necessary

Qualifications:

  • Experience of using SAP in an operational environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English

  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Good grasp of business processes
  • Solution oriented, problem solver
