Power Platform Developer

Based in Norwich

Hours: Full time

Salary: starting from £35,000

At Larking Gowen, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to both our employees and clients is at the core of who we are. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture where employee wellbeing is paramount, work-life balance is valued, and personal growth is encouraged through tailored training and development opportunities.

As a firm we are investing heavily in Power Platform, automation and AI capability. We are building a modern approach to business process automation and looking for someone who enjoys understanding how teams work, spotting inefficiencies and creating solutions that genuinely improve day-to-day operations.

You’ll spend time with teams across the business understanding how work happens today, identifying opportunities and helping shape how automation and AI are adopted in a practical and sensible way. You’ll have visibility, ownership and influence rather than being one person in a large delivery machine.

This is a role where your work will be seen and used across the organisation. Ideal for someone who enjoys improving how businesses operate and wants to play a part in how AI and automation evolve over the next few years.

The Opportunity

In this role you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering automation and AI-assisted solutions using modern Microsoft technologies including:

  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Copilot Studio
  • Power Automate Desktop
  • Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities
  • Connected APIs and enterprise services
  • SQL Server
  • Power BI

This role combines hands-on engineering with business engagement and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership from early conversations through to delivery and ongoing improvement.

In return you will have support to establish your career with Larking Gowen at a pace that suits you both personally and professionally. We also offer benefits which include:

  • Generous Holiday Allowance
  • Life Assurance
  • Pension with employer contributions rising with length of service
  • Medicash Plan
  • Paid sickness
  • Professional subscriptions
  • Group Income Protection
  • Annual salary review
  • Option to purchase PMI

Plus many more!
