Metering Planner
We're looking for a Metering Planner to join our South West Water IWDS team based in St Austell, Cornwall.
Location: St Austell, Cornwall
Hours: 39.5 hours per week - 9 Months Fixed Term Contract
What will you be responsible for?
As a Metering Coordinator, you'll be working within the South West Water IWDS team, supporting them in the planning, coordination and scheduling of metering works to meet key performance metrics and enhance customer experience.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Metering Coordinator, you'll be working within the South West Water IWDS team, supporting them in the planning, coordination and scheduling of metering works to meet key performance metrics and enhance customer experience.
What will your day to day in the role look like?
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Coordinating and scheduling all metering works to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Monitoring reports and jeopardy management tools to track progress and identify delays
- Communicating with customers to ensure they are kept informed about scheduled works
- Liaising with operational managers to ensure resources align with delivery demand
- Maintaining accurate records and system updates for all metering activity
This role of Metering Planner is great for you if:
- You have strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- You have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
