As a Payroll Administrator at Cintra, you will own a portfolio of client payrolls from start to finish, working as part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contribution matters from day one. You will be processing payrolls accurately and on time, building client relationships, and developing your technical payroll knowledge in an environment that genuinely invests in its people.

- Produce employee documents and submit RTI and pension files on behalf of clients
- Process HMRC and third party payments and create statutory payment schedules
- Carry out manual calculations covering starters and leavers, tax and NI, student loans, pensions, apprenticeship levy, employment allowance, and Small ER relief
- Use imports for efficient data processing, building your technical toolkit as you go
- Liaise directly with clients and HMRC, communicating clearly, professionally, and proactively
You are precise by nature. You care about doing things properly, you are hungry to keep learning, and you bring a positive energy to the team around you. You stay calm when deadlines are tight and you understand that in payroll, the detail is everything.

- At least 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience and a keenness to deepen that knowledge further
- Good understanding of HMRC legislation, statutory payments, and pension and auto-enrolment rules
- Good numeracy skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Proven experience in a client-facing environment with clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient and calm under deadline pressure, able to maintain your standards when the pace picks up
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload within agreed timeframes
