We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Flow Team at Raigmore Hospital. This post will cover both medical and surgical flow.

Working as a Patient Flow Co-ordinator you will support the daily management of pro-active patient flow through Raigmore Hospital by maximising the effective utilisation of beds and balancing the requirements of emergency and elective admissions.

The post holder will work with Theatres and the clinical teams to provide reliable and consistent information to the Patient Flow Manager and Senior Operational Management Team. The post holder will also be required to work closely with Discharge Liaison Nurse colleagues.

As a Patient Flow Co-ordinator your hours will be worked across 7 days providing a 24-hour service. We are a friendly, flexible team and are committed to supporting individual’s career development.

Our ideal candidate will be an individual who is highly motivated and enjoys a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The candidate should have an interest in patient flow, quality improvement and a desire to provide a high quality, efficient patient centred service.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
