About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
• Support small groups of students to enhance their learning.
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with specific needs, including SEN.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams.
• Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different schools and age groups.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, caring, and supportive nature when working with children.
• Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required.
