We're on a mission to serve 2000 marketing teams every month by 2027. This paid ads role will be a pivotal hire in helping us achieve that.
Your Mission
Your mission is simple. To double the amount of new clients we acquire every month using paid channels at our goal CPA. Progression into wider Head of Growth roles, covering more channels, building a creative team.

Number Crunching
You’ll control six-figure monthly spend across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
Creativity & autonomy
Creative is key. You'll call the shots on strategy and creative. You'll own the results.

fatjoe is a fast paced environment, in a company with aggressive growth goals.
**Heads-up: This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid of getting their hands dirty, getting "on the tools" as well as working on high level strategy.**
What you'll do.
Strategy & planning
Set monthly paid-media goals (CPA, CVR, Conv. Vol.) and split the budget across channels. Set creative strategy for display channels.
Campaign execution
Launch, test and optimise ads on Meta, Google (Search, Display, PMAX, YouTube) and LinkedIn.
Creative direction
Brief designers / freelancers, write snappy copy, and build your own variations when needed. Light skills in Canva, and even low-fi video creation is a big positive! We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership over creative assets (static, video, carousel etc).
Conversion & funnel optimisation
Run A/B tests on ads, funnels and landing pages; spot conversion leaks and work with the team to fix them.
Reporting & Analytics
Turn GA4, platform dashboards and Databox into clear weekly insights for the Head of Marketing and leadership. Fix tracking issues where needed.
Innovation
Utilise AI in creatives and campaign control. Pilot new formats (e.g., SearchMax) and share learnings with the wider team.
What makes you a fit?
- 5+ years running high-spend paid campaigns (ideally £50k+/month) across multiple platforms.
- Experience in SAAS, Ecom and Agency will benefit this role.
- Fluent in GA4, attribution, bidding models and Excel/Sheets.
- Comfortable writing, critiquing, creating, delegating, managing and analysing creative that actually sells.
- Scalable and industrial mindset. "How can we 10x this?" should cross your mind after every win.
- Knowledgeable in funnels, CRO and overall web commerce.
- Technical to know enough about analytics, funnels, pixels and tag manager.
- Able to juggle priorities in a lean team and still hit targets.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional team.
- A "get-shit-done" attitude, and willing to do what it takes to achieve the goal.
- Super responsive and clear communicator, in Google chat/in-person.
- Thrive in a fast-paced (ever changing) environment with aggressive growth.
- Obsessed about ads but also AI, creative, and what works in selling online.
- Bonus: Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or similar certs.
