Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Assistant Manager to provide on-site operational support for AI-driven business processes. This role involves coordinating cross-functional workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting the execution of AI-powered solutions in a high-growth environment. The work directly contributes to improving organizational efficiency and scalability in a technology-forward setting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support AI-based project delivery across teams.

• Monitor and document compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements affecting AI deployment.

• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Assist in evaluating and reporting on operational performance metrics tied to AI system utilization.

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, inventory, and personnel activities for auditing purposes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in operations, administration, or project coordination with exposure to tech environments.

• Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools in a professional setting, including workflow tracking systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to liaise between technical teams and senior management.

• Ability to analyze data and produce clear reports on operational efficiency and compliance status.

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site contractual role with minimal supervision.
