To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for an Ice-Skating Coordinator to join our Team.


As Ice-Skating Coordinator in our Leisure team, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of our ice-skating school programme ensuring customer safety and high standards of service at all times. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting Ice-Skate Coaches, managing bookings, deliver excellent service to customers, and drive participation and retention within the programme.


What you’ll do as Ice Skating Coordinator

You’ll be entrusted to:


  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of ice-skate school lessons and courses
  • Act as the main point of contact for ice-skate school enquiries from participants, guardians and customers
  • Support and liaise with coaching staff to ensure lessons run smoothly
  • Manage bookings, attendance records, and participant progression
  • Monitor programme performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Promote ice-skate school programmes and assist with social media marketing


Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:


  • Level 2 British Ice-Skating qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in coordinating ice-skating programmes
  • Knowledge of ice-skate school programmes or coaching structures
  • Previous experience supervising or supporting ice-skating coaches


Vetting and checks:

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
