The countdown to net zero has begun. Through smart metering, installation, data services, EV charging, and the electrification of heat, solar, and battery storage, we are driving a more sustainable future while staying true to our core values. Our mission is clear: Delivering Smarter Energy For All.

As part of the UK’s journey towards its 2030 net zero target, we’re looking for Meter Readers to join our Field Operations team in Aberystwyth (SY23 postcode). In this role, you’ll travel to residential and commercial properties to take accurate utility meter readings and carry out visual inspections of metering equipment, recording all information using our company mobile app.

If you enjoy driving, meeting new people, working independently, and being outdoors in all weathers — while effectively managing your own schedule and maintaining a healthy work-life balance — this could be an excellent opportunity for you. Full training will be provided, so even if you do not have prior experience, we would welcome your application.

Please note: Applicants must have access to their own vehicle and either already hold basic business insurance cover or be willing to obtain it before starting the role. Applications from candidates who do not meet this essential requirement will not be considered.

Location: Remote with travel throughout the SY23 postcode

Hours: Full-time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexible scheduling & overtime available.

Salary: £24,570 per annum + achievable bonuses + Milage paid (30.5p per mile)
