Lead a Team That Changes Lives

As a Mental Health Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to deliver exceptional person-centred support while leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team of Support Workers.

You'll create an environment where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

Leading and supporting a team of Mental Health Support Workers
Coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered
Supporting residents with their recovery and independence goals
Completing supervisions, spot checks and staff development
Managing medication safely and in line with policies
Supporting with rota management and day-to-day service operations
Promoting safeguarding, dignity and positive risk management
Acting as a role model and creating a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care.

You'll ideally have:

Experience leading or supervising teams within health or social care
Experience supporting adults with mental health needs or complex behaviours
A Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A person-centred approach and positive leadership style
Two satisfactory references covering the last three years
Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by us)
