The Position
The Opportunity
As a Medical Affairs Lead, you will play a central, highly collaborative role in our global mission by planning and implementing medical activities for our products in the customer area of Core Lab Reagents with focus on our women's health and endocrinology portfolio. You will join a fast-paced, matrixed environment where your scientific acumen and operational focus will directly shape our Global Medical Plan. This is an opportunity to combine science with strategy, ensuring that clinical value and medical insights are seamlessly integrated across our product lifecycle.

The Position
The Opportunity
As a Medical Affairs Lead, you will play a central, highly collaborative role in our global mission by planning and implementing medical activities for our products in the customer area of Core Lab Reagents with focus on our women's health and endocrinology portfolio. This is an opportunity to combine science with strategy, ensuring that clinical value and medical insights are seamlessly integrated across our product lifecycle.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Shape Global Medical Plans: Contribute to annual and ongoing medical planning, delivering situational analysis and defined strategy to drive the lifecycle of our diagnostic innovations
- Master Stakeholder Engagement: Drive the mapping of global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and professional societies, managing lists of current and emerging experts to bring external know-how in-house
- Execute High-Impact Activities: Lead the end-to-end execution of medical education, advisory boards, and scientific activities at major international congresses in close collaboration with our local affiliates
- Manage Strategic Budgets: Oversee medical activity budgets and plan resource allocation in alignment with broader product teams and corporate finance
- Ensure Scientific Integrity: Conduct thorough reviews of non-promotional medical materials, ensuring absolute alignment with global legal, regulatory, and company codes of practice
- Cultivate Global Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional leaders, clinical trial investigators, and external alliance partners, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- Drive Process Optimization: Permanently optimize processes to increase quality and efficiency standards across our medical operations
You are a proactive, adaptable professional who thrives when collaborating across diverse teams. You are deeply patient-centric, possessing the strategic mindset and communication skills needed to translate complex data into clear medical concepts and influence diverse points of view.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Advanced Scientific Background: An advanced degree in Life Science or a related field, combined with relevant expertise in the healthcare industry or academia.
- Deep Sector Experience: 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development or scientific communication functions is preferred; project management or product marketing experience is a plus. As well as experience in one or more of the following indications Women's Health, Endocrinology, Laboratory Medicine
- Matrix Leadership Mastery: A proven track record of leading within matrixed organizations, making strategic decisions, and effectively influencing stakeholders
- Cross-Cultural Agility: Demonstrated capability to partner across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones to actively build an environment of belonging and inclusion
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, allowing you to independently navigate complex situations and explain difficult concepts
