As a Design Engineer you will be responsible for producing practical design solutions, including support documentation, to meet customer expectations and assembly methods based upon technical specifications provided and/or site survey information.

As a Design Engineer you will work under own initiative to produce cost effective and reliable design solutions to meet the needs of the customers on a job by job basis. You will undertake survey and measurement of equipment, typically valves, actuators, pipe work and associated controls intended for customer sites across all industries and you will take part in other projects or work which help to continuously improve the effectiveness of the business



Experience Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Solid mechanical engineering background with knowledge in other disciplines
  • Excellent knowledge of 3D CAD software (Solid Edge)

The Successful Candidate:

  • Self autonomous to manage own workload
  • Self-motivated / enthusiastic with good practical skills and thorough approach to work
  • A high level of interpersonal skills will be required
  • Proactive approach to day to day work and problem solving
