About The Role

As a Marketing Manager at Arval, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing activity across a wide portfolio of products and services. From personal leasing and salary sacrifice schemes to flexible hire and tailored fleet solutions for businesses, you’ll ensure each product is supported by the right marketing approach.

You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders to create, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that are not only compelling and effective, but also fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

This is a varied and hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with strong project management. You’ll need to be comfortable switching between campaign planning, copy briefing, stakeholder engagement, and results analysis – all while ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for a wide range of mobility products and customer segments (B2B2C).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across internal departments, ensuring alignment and buy-in for marketing plans.
  • Oversee campaign execution across digital, email, CRM, and offline channels – ensuring campaigns are timely, effective, and fully compliant.
  • Own the creative and content process for campaigns – from brief to final asset – ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Leverage customer data and insights from tools like Salesforce and Eloqua to continuously optimise marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with the wider BNP Paribas Group, including our corporate marketing team in Paris, to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Manage third-party agencies and budgets, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced marketer with a track record of delivering integrated, audience-focused campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and external agencies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract and act on marketing data and insights
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when operating within a regulated environment

The package

We offer a basic starting salary of up to £55,000, plus a bonus of up to £4,600. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
