Role Overview

We're on the lookout for a super talented Marketing Events Manager to join our Marketing Team. You'll play a key part in owning and running the planning and execution of our B2B events, contributing to Marketing and Benifex's goals of generating leads and brand awareness.

You'll be organising and taking the lead on forums, conferences, roundtables, and more, with a keen focus on ensuring the Benifex brand is front and centre of the discussion on employee benefits. You'll be liaising heavily with the wider marketing, design, and development departments to ensure that these events run smoothly.

You'll not just be managing the logistics of these events but also running the campaigns and ensuring we're using every opportunity to show off exactly how our platform can create exceptional employee experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Event management and organisation: You will be responsible taking the initial event brief, all the way through planning, operations, management, logistics and delivery, to ensure our events run smoothly and all our delegates have an exceptional experience.
  • Working closely with the campaign manager to plan a co-ordinated cadence of marketing events and campaigns.
  • Managing event campaigns via Salesforce and report on responses and success against targets to the business. Take the lead in additional activity to increase attendance at events.
  • Liaison and management of all internal stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned to the event objectives and outcomes.
  • Flexibility to support the broader team in tasks when required.


What are we looking for?

  • Proven marketing events experience (face-to-face and digital)
  • Proven experience managing B2B events
  • Demonstrable previous experience across conferences, expos, and more intimate round table events to create an exceptional experience.
  • A history supporting across all logistical requirements to deliver large-scale events
  • Strong collaboration skills, working in tandem with our other events manager to plan an events strategy that supports the overall marketing goals
  • Experience working closely with wider marketing teams to make sure that every event we deliver turns into a successful, measurable marketing campaign.
  • Knowledge of how to turn an amazing event into a wider marketing campaign, helping generate leads and revenues
  • The ability to work agilely and change the plan quickly or respond to fast new requests while being resilient to working around problems


This role will require travel to London, Ireland and Germany so we are looking for someone who will be open to travel.
