We are looking for an experienced Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
This role offers flexibility to choose shifts/hours that suit you, assisting with covering annual leave and sickness.
Oakhurst Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day…
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
- £13.87 per hour (inclusive of 12.1% A/L allowance)
- Flexible working with the opportunity for overtime
