- Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias and strong experience in facilities management.
- BMS Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage building management systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and delegate effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- IOSH or SMSTS certification
