Your Role: As a Machine Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Work Schedule: 37 Hours Per Week
Weekly Rotating Shifts - Early Finish on Fridays!
Week 1 – Early Shift - Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 1:45 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Week 2 – Late Shift - Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 9:15 PM; Friday: 11:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £25,700

Your Role: As a Machine Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting labels for defects with precision and accuracy
- Splicing rolls using scissors and tape
- Setting up and operating multiple slitting units and visual inspection equipment
- Packing finished products and preparing labels, compliance certificates, and packing lists
- Performing maintenance on equipment and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborating with the Inspection Team Leader and Print Trainer, assisting with staff assessments and training
- A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
- IT proficiency, including experience with database systems
- Strong communication skills to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
- A commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
