The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced M365 Platform Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will play a key part in delivering a secure, scalable, and modern digital workplace, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, automation, and Microsoft 365 services.
Working closely with the Lead M365 Platform Engineer, EUC Architecture team, and wider technology teams, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimising Intune solutions, driving platform improvements, and leveraging Microsoft Graph and automation capabilities to maximise the value of the M365 platform.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced M365 Platform Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role will play a key part in delivering a secure, scalable, and modern digital workplace, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, automation, and Microsoft 365 services.
Working closely with the Lead M365 Platform Engineer, EUC Architecture team, and wider technology teams, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimising Intune solutions, driving platform improvements, and leveraging Microsoft Graph and automation capabilities to maximise the value of the M365 platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administer, support, and optimise Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for device management, application deployment, compliance, and endpoint security.
- Develop and maintain automations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency and platform management.
- Implement and maintain M365 security, compliance, governance, and conditional access policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, requests, and complex technical issues across the M365 platform.
- Collaborate with architecture and technology teams to deliver projects, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the rollout of new M365 features and capabilities, ensuring effective deployment and user adoption.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management best practices and emerging technologies.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience administering and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong hands-on experience designing, building, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions, including device enrolment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot, and endpoint security.
- Experience using Microsoft Graph API for administration, automation, reporting, and integration activities.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and identity management.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), Conditional Access, and modern endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.
- Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 migrations, transformations, or large-scale deployments.
- Experience integrating M365 services with third-party platforms using Microsoft Graph and related APIs.
- Experience within a large, multi-site, or global organisation.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 endpoint management and modern workplace technologies.
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or equivalent.
