Our Advice & Guidance team is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Curve Team Leader to join us at Suffolk New College!
If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred Careers Advice & Guidance and are committed to helping learners achieve positive outcomes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Team Leader, you will support, motivate and develop a dedicated team, ensuring learners receive an exceptional student experience throughout their learning journey. You'll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining high standards and creating a positive, learner-focused culture
We are looking for potential, not an exact match. If you have relevant experience, the ability to manage competing responsibilities and deadlines, excellent communication skills with students and staff alike and can work as part of a team, we would love to hear from you
