Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Project Manager to join our team on-site at our Shrewsbury office. In this role, you will lead and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing project progress, monitoring logistics and inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and meet organizational goals. This position requires effective communication, strong leadership, and excellent organizational skills.


Qualifications

  • Project Management: Strong experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Expediting and Logistics Management: Competency in overseeing the timely delivery of goods and managing supply chain activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Inspection and Quality Assurance: Experience in overseeing inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead teams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
  • Experience in utilities or related industries will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
