Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the delivery of its Tech Net Zero Program. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, and track progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Model and document business processes using Visio and Confluence.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and decision records.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to the client's governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis, ideally within large-scale technology or sustainability programs.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
- Expertise in timeline and resource management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sustainability or Net Zero initiatives.
- Familiarity with Banking internal systems and processes.
