Key Account Manager

Location: Billericay

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Winter Months October - March will include weekend work

Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring consistent value for long-term success.
• Take ownership of client contracts, ensuring they are profitable and sustainable.
• Generate revenue and new leads by identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team.
• Manage projects and oversee contracts to ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels.
• Support a thriving team with performance reviews, team goals, and recruitment efforts.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or office experience — we want someone who knows how to connect with people and get things done.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help clients succeed.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).
