About You

This is an entry level opportunity for someone looking to build a career and develop themselves amongst a team of world class eLearning developers. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong layout and visual design skills for professional digital assets.
  • Skilled in creating brand-aligned, accessible visual designs that enhance eLearning experiences.
  • Competent in PowerPoint for polished, client-ready presentations.
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals including colour theory, typography, composition, and white space.
  • Aware of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and UX/UI best practices for inclusive, learner-centred design.
  • Consistently applies brand guidelines across digital content.
  • Collaborative team player, engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick learner, receptive to feedback, and adaptable to new tools and techniques.
  • Takes ownership of tasks, meets deadlines, and maintains high-quality standards.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

About The Role

Success in this role means consistently delivering creative, high-quality visuals on time, contributing to a positive team dynamic, and developing the technical and creative skills needed to build award-winning eLearning experiences. In this role you will:

  • Design engaging visual assets for eLearning modules by using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all work meets client brand guidelines and enhances learner experience.
  • Develop eLearning layouts and templates by creating consistent, visually appealing designs that can be adapted across multiple courses.
  • Collaborate with project teams (Instructional Designers, Developers, PMs) weekly to align on visual direction and deliver all assigned design assets on time for project milestones.
  • Receive and implement feedback from Senior Designers and QA testers by actioning revisions.
  • Prepare and optimise media assets (graphics, images, and basic animations) for client and internal projects.
  • Learn and apply Articulate Storyline and Rise skills within the first 3 months to begin designing visuals and building interactive course element.
  • Maintain and organise design libraries by categorising and tagging reusable assets monthly, making future project start-ups faster and more efficient.
  • Assist in internal branding and marketing projects (e.g., social media visuals, event materials) as needed to build team visibility and support the wider business.
