IT Systems Support Analyst /D365 Finance and Operations, ITIL/ is required by a large organisation to join their IT team supporting critical IT systems and applications.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing application lifecycle: configuration, testing, upgrades, and maintenance.
- 1st and 2nd line support.
- Maintaining user accounts, permissions, and system documentation.
- User training and support.
- Troubleshooting issues with internal teams and external vendors.
- On-site technical support and preventative maintenance.
- System development support.
- Assisting with vendor management and service reviews.
Required experience and skills:
- IT support or application support role experience.
- Understanding of ITSM practices (ITIL framework preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
