We have an opportunity for an IT Service Adoption Lead to join our team in Basingstoke.

This is a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months with a mix of home and office working.

The starting salary is circa £56,000 depending on experience.

The Role

As an IT Service Adoption Lead you'll be contributing to Sovereign Network Groups (SNG) organisational resilience. Assuring new IT services are seamlessly accepted in to our colleagues working lives and continually improving our IT offering to meet business needs.

You'll manage and maintain the service adoption process from IT service transition in to IT service delivery, working closely with the IT service delivery and IT service design and transaction teams.

You will train and support colleagues throughout SNG on new and changed technology and chair regular focus groups with key stakeholders.

What We Need From You

As an IT Service Adoption Lead at SNG you will need experience of developing an maturing and IT Service Adoption capability. This will be in a multi-tiered IT support environment based on ITIL best practice.

You will need excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and motivate others around the use of technology.

An ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certificate would be an advantage.
