Your Tasks

  • Maintaining and purchasing of IT equipment
  • Maintaining and repair management of mobile devices
  • Installation, maintaining and troubleshooting of client hardware devices
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation
  • User management in Active Directory, M365
  • User support for the local plant
  • Remote support within the WEPA Group
  • Assistance of other IT teams in project work
  • Occasional business-related travel

Your Profile

  • Qualification: Completed vocational training as an IT clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable.
  • Experience and Know-how:
    • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
    • Experience in the following systems:
      • Office Applications
      • PC Systems
      • Server Operating Systems
      • Citrix
      • ADS
      • Client Server Technology
      • ITSM Systems
      • Archive Systems
  • Languages: Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Personality: Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, flexibility and motivation.
  • Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work
