We are looking for a talented IT Applications Analyst – Senior to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our DAV Systems Department in Daventry, United Kingdom.
This is a Permanent role that will be 50% working onsite – the 1 st 6 month training period will require 4 days a week on site at Daventry Monday to Thursday.
The role will also require 10% of domestic and international travel to other UK sites and sites in Australia and America as required

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Lead IT Projects: By managing large-scale IT projects using both Off the Shelf Software and in-house development, you'll ensure that business needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Enhance Business Processes: Your ability to elicit requirements, design business processes, and build IT solutions will improve the quality, reusability, and supportability of these processes.
- Project Management: Utilizing Waterfall or Agile methodologies, you'll manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, while also coaching less experienced team members.
- Leverage IT Advancements: By staying up-to-date with the latest IT advancements, you'll implement incremental enhancements to IT systems, improving business capabilities and gaining efficiencies.
- Support Production Systems: Partnering with central IT teams, you'll ensure that existing production IT systems are fully operational and capable of meeting business demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with business process owners, SMEs, super users, and end users, you'll ensure that IT solutions align with business needs and processes.
- Technical Expertise: Your deep technical knowledge of Oracle EBS, MES, PLM IT solutions, and various other technologies will enable you to design, build, and deliver robust IT solutions.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS, MES IT solutions, and various other technologies, including custom development and database management, is crucial.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing IT projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, along with the ability to estimate project costs and conduct benefit analysis.
- Business Process Understanding: A solid grasp of end-to-end cross-functional business processes, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing, to design and implement effective IT solutions.
- IT Infrastructure Components Understanding: A good understanding of technologies used across the IT Infrastructure landscape.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business process owners, SMEs, super users, end users, and central IT teams to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
