Our International Operations team are currently seeking an International Marketing Coordinator to support in running all aspects of International Marketing for both corporate and franchise operations globally. This includes supporting on digital activation and coordinating/ consulting on all other aspects of marketing activation such as Social Media/SMM.


About the Team

The team provide the central services to our existing international businesses, as well as providing business development and growth support for future markets and opportunities.



The Role

The International Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role across all Marketing activities covering the entirety of the international markets that PureGym operate in and including business development territories for new partners. Specific responsibilities of the role include supporting the International Marketing Manager across all of the below activities:

  • Planning and optimising paid media campaigns to drive targeted results
  • Weekly reporting from platform and Goggle Analytics data. Focusing on core metrics, such as CPAs, spend, and CPMs.
  • Social Media content management and activation
  • CRM coordination to drive retention, joiners and winbacks, working with the Group CRM function
  • Brand: Working with the Group Brand function to ensure that all international assets are on brand but also suitably adapted to the local market and correctly licensed. This includes ensuring a suitable library of assets for franchise partners
  • Local Marketing: Coordinating the adaptation of central and core territory local marketing plans to support international markets


The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience across the following capabilities:

  • Digital Marketing experience / background including strong knowledge of paid social and PPC
  • Has a strong background in content marketing, including proficiency in creating blogs and social media content
  • Has a good working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience or understanding of CRM systems, with a focus on driving customer engagement and retention.
  • CMS experience is desired but not essential
  • Experience across other marketing aspects such as local marketing would also be beneficial


Further to the above, the candidate will demonstrate the following behaviours:

  • A strong desire to learn by taking on new responsibilities and accountabilities that you haven't directly managed previously
  • A strong desire to take ownership of workstreams yourself
  • Results / KPI driven
  • Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal
