What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our busy sales operation, ensuring smooth, accurate processing of customer orders from enquiry to delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Handling sales enquiries and orders via phone and email
  • Advising customers on our range of products and services
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Processing and tracking orders with accuracy and care
  • Coordinating deliveries and proactively managing any delays or changes
  • Handling customer returns and solving issues quickly and professionally
  • Supporting external sales representatives and working closely with colleagues

Why Your Experience Matters
